A new schedule coming

The board has been working on more events for 2008. We are also working toward building a print newsletter that will hopefully be online and in the mail in late March.

A great day to be a Dirt Rider

"BISMARCK -- Gov. John Hoeven today presented the Governor's Take Pride in America awards recognizing individuals and organizations for their volunteer activities to improve North Dakota public lands and waterways, including awareness of their voulnteers"

That description is from the press release issued by North Dakota Parks and Recreation. The North Dakota Off-Road Vehicle Association received the award for cleanup work at the Desert.

This will help show the non-riding public that we are responsible users of the land. We need to keep up the good work.

The award will be shown at the upcoming Holiday Party.
